Hello,

 

After completing Step 1: Purchase and configure your SaaS subscription for the control plane and receiving the confirmation email, I understand that the following information should be available for the next step:

 

- Connection URL

- Tenant Admin ID

- Linking Code

- Tenant Admin One-Time Login

- Data Plane Link URL

 

However, after completing Step 1, the SaaS account only displays the following information as shown in the attachment.

 

- Connection URL

- Linking Code

- Data Plane Link URL

 

I assumed that the missing information might become available after the data plane deployment. Since the Linking Code was present, I proceeded with Step 2: Deploy the Data Plane for SAS Data Maker as an Azure Managed Application, and the deployment completed successfully without any errors, as confirmed by email.

 

However, the information displayed in the SaaS account remains unchanged, and only the status has been updated from Pending FulfillmentStart to Subscribed. Please refer to attachment.

 

Because the Tenant Admin One-Time Login information was not provided, I am unable to proceed with configuring the SSO provider.

 

I assume that the Tenant Admin ID and Tenant Admin One-Time Login are generated by the control plane and should be delivered as part of the control plane integration process.

 

Could you please advise why the required information was not provided during the SAS Data Maker deployment and how I should proceed?
