SAS Studio Uploading a File

I am trying to upload a .txt file to SAS Studio but it isn't letting me upload it. After I choose the file the screen goes away and the upload button doesn't light up. I am not sure how to fix that.

Which bowser are you using?
Does the same happen when you use a different browser?
