Creating dummy Variables

I  need to create a new binary variable called Bonus as my "Y" or "Dependent" variable to predict the probability of an employee receiving a performance bonus by end of year. I need to use the Customer_rating variable to create the new variable. It should be Customer_Rating equal to or greater than 3.75 to determine who gets a bonus.
