Whenever we have a problem or need to learn a new procedure, we don't hesitate to use SAS.com to learn from the topic. SAS.com contains a lot of information about base programming and procedures that allows my team to quickly solve issues or develop programs faster, efficiently, and accurately.
How has what you learned benefited your work or career? How has training advanced your team's success using SAS?
I've been using SAS for more than 20 years. I use SAS daily and have trained peers and incoming employees. The learning that I have obtain through SAS support website (support and white papers) it has given me the ability to become and expert and raise my career from analyst to lead roles.
What was your/your team's favorite course, resource or learning engagement?
SAS Community and SAS Support it has been our favorite SAS Resources to solve problems and train incoming employees.
How have you used SAS resources to train your team?
I have used the SAS community to help solve SAS programming problems or come up with different and efficient ways to solve a problem. Also, I have used resources to create a training library of materials needed to train SAS base to incoming employees.
