Time control in Custom Page of campaign definition

Hi All,

I have a custom page with time control.However the time that is selected in CI Studio is changed in cdm database i.e if i select 9:00:12 am it stores 4:00:12 pm.On investigation,I found that the time informat being used is ISO8601Tm 

Can you please suggest if some other format can be used or is there any other solution for this issue.
