Hi   All, 

Faced with the problem that some users in some campaigns have a spontaneous re-launch after one successful manual launch.

For example, according to the STP logs, we see that the node was launched 2 times, while the user is sure that the launch was only once

In the CI interface, we see that the restart is designated as manual.

We also don't see anything unusual in the Core logs.

The problem is quite chaotic, it occurs at different time periods and apparently for different users. At the moment, it is only known that during the double operation, the interface "freezes" and there is no control capability. There are no features in the workstations of users who had a problem.

So far, the only thing they have done is restart the server 6 and ask users to clear the cache in the browser.


Maybe someone has faced a similar problem? What did you do to solve it?
