Single URL https://ci360.sas.com for all SAS Customer Intelligence 360 regions

SAS is proud to announce that we now have a single URL (https://ci360.sas.com) that you can use to access SAS Customer Intelligence 360 globally.

Customers no longer need to go via SAS App Central (https://cloud.sas.com) or their regional URL (https://platform-<region>.ci360.sas.com/SASCustomerIntelligenceHome).

The new URL makes access to SAS Customer Intelligence 360 much easier, and if you have tenants in different regions they can now all be accessed through that single URL. After signing in, you can select between any of the tenants that you have access to across the 5 production regions.

All the current URLs that are used and bookmarked by customers will continue to work as before. We are adding this new URL as a simple and centralized way to access SAS Customer Intelligence 360.

Hi, How do we navigate to the app central page from the new URL? It right now goes into the tenant selection.

I think admin still has to happen through the cloud.sas.com link John, that's already common to all regions.

We are working on moving User Management to the SAS Customer Intelligence UI so that you no longer need AppCentral. Fingers crossed this might be available before the end of this year
