Hello everybody,

 

We executed a decision campaign but it didn't work.

Then we checked in "SASDecisionServicesEngine6.4.log" and we have the following error:

 

com.sas.analytics.ph.RTDMException: No Flow configured for event: _SAS_CONTACT_RULES_EVENT

 

Could you help us to resolve this problem please?

This type of errors are best handled through SAS Technical support.  Typically, these errors require us to know the events preceding this error and possibly the log files.

 

The event that is named in the error, is included in the out of the box configuration.

Did you try Activating the _SAS_CONTACT_RULES_DS2_FLOW in SMC
It can be found in SMC under
Plug-ins --> Decision Services Manager --> SAS Decision Services servers --> SASDSEngineServer --> EngineRepository --> Decision Flows
As Raja suggests, this is a standard configuration step, so, you should have had this set to Active as part of your install configuration.
