Hi,

 

I am unable to see SAS Folders while saving any process or RTDM campaigns i.e. SAS process, Data Process, Web Process etc.

CICore Log file show no error except one

Hi XuluX,

The information map error is unrelated. It is possible your permissions to view folders has been removed from the Metadata server (check with your admin) but I would begin by restarting your mid-tier services to see if the problem resolves.

Yes i have opened a ticket with SAS Support.

Restarting middle tier services did solve the issue.

There were some errors coming in SASWIPServices and SASLogon of SASServer1_1
