HI!

Customer has the following problem:

They use SAS Digital Marketing Studio to work with broadcasts. They make the html content on the editor and then they copy-paste this content in the corresponding broadcast in the SAS DM Studio. This approach works.

But after a while this broadcast stops working. When trying to view the content of this broadcast see that the html-template is empty.

What is the reason of this problem? Why html-conten text is suddenly missing?
