Hello everyone,

 

An email was deployed successfully on SAS Ci360. How do you make edits to a deployed email? Can the email be edited in the live version "view in browser" or on the email itself in the inbox.

 

Is this possible? I could not find any documentation about this.

When an email was already sent there is no option to modify it. The emails are sitting in recipient's inboxes and are no longer accessible. The same way when manually sending an email. As soon as it is sent it's out of the sender's hands. 

The web view version is a copy that is generated at send time. This version is supposed to show exactly the same content as the one in the recipient's inbox and hence is also non-editable.

That is not specific to SAS Customer Intelligence 360, but simply the way email as a technology works. That's why you occasionally get that extra email that says "Oops, something went wrong" when emails with wrong content or links go out.
