How to add Time custom field in campaign definition

Hi Team,

I would like to add time field in custom page @ campaign definition,  like time 1, time 2 and time 3 

Is there any way i can add, some one please let me know 

I know , i can add date, text, numeric and hyperlink..

When there is no built-in support for the "Time" type, i'd go with the Text, while providing a clear format explanation and example in the field name / tooltip.
