Hi All,

 

When I am executing a campaign in SAS MA, it gives me an error as

"The campaign cannot connect to the database" .

Can you please help me figure out what can be the issue.

The default location for the MA log files is <SASCONFIG>\Web\Logs\SASServer6_1 on your mid-tier server.

 

Look for a file called SASCustIntelCore6.x.log where x is the minor version of CI (assuming you're on version 6.x). The log will roll over daily by default.

You should look at the MA Core Logs around the time of this message. Or search through the log for the message. That may help you.
