Good morning  ..

I would like to clean up our Oracle datamart  (customer and account tables)

Kindly advise which log files would indicate what fields are being used,

and what my logging setting should be to get the necessary information ?

Thanks for your help

Gerda

Hi Gerda,

Unfortunately we don't have a log file that does that

Some additional things that might help - looking in the SASCustIntelCore6.3.log and parse out the data items that are there

SAS-configuration-directory\Lev1\Web\Logs\SASServer6_1\

Using the sasmaextract utility to create an xml file

http://support.sas.com/documentation/solutions/ci/6.5/en/PDF/ciintutilug.pdf

From there it will requires manipulation of XML to get the data you want - you could use something like the SAS XML Mapper to translate into a SAS dataset and then query that dataset.
