Contact history status _13

Hello!

Can anyone explain to me what Contact History Status=_13 means (Exlcude Mandatory Contacts), and under which conditions this status is set?

I vaguely remember that this particular status is used by either MO or RTDM, and therefore not relevant to us (we are only using MA), so no need to elaborate further.
