Call to another campaign in subdiagram

In a subdiagram of a campaign it calls another that is not active (A), but if there is an active campaign (B) with the event of the inactive campaign. 
The query is as follows which of the campaigns the active one is executed (B) which is not the one in the subdiagram or the inactive one (A) which is the call in the subdiagram and has the same event as the campaign (B)
