Bulk import or creation campaigns in SAS Customer Intelligence 6.6

Hello. Is there any way to automatic bulk import or creation of campaigns in SAS Customer Intelligence 6.6? It's about filling in the brief, uploading the creative file and preparing the repeating cells in the diagram. Something like importing CSV or using API. Thank you in advance for your tips and recommendations.
