24 flexible control.jpgTwo years ago, we all had to move suddenly from face-to-face presentations to remote working. Now many of us are back in the field again, albeit with some remote demos still on the cards.

 

Can you still remember what you used to do before the pandemic, and how you prepared for a demo? I’m certainly not sure that I remember all the pitfalls - although writing these articles has helped.

 

The key lesson from all this for me has been flexibility to respond to customers—but balanced with the need to retain control. After all, you don’t want to let in the Demo Devil, do you?
