Following are some best practices for how to set up groups and roles when working with SAS Customer Intelligence.
Never add the SAS Customer Intelligence groups and roles to the SAS Administrators group (which has unrestricted Metadata capabilities).This is a bad idea which might cause a lot of problems using some of the SAS Customer Intelligence functions.

Instead, the best practice would be to either to:
- Add each end user to the Customer Intelligence groups/roles they want that users to have.
As shown in this example, I have created a user and granted this user all of the CI Adminstrative and End User capabilities + Metadata capabilities that allow the user to manage the content. Notice the absence of the Unrestricted user capability:
- Create an end user GROUP and then add that group to the Customer Intelligence groups/roles that you want members of this group to have.
- In this example I have created 2 groups.
One for administrative duties (MA Administrators) and one for campaign creation/management duties (MA Campaign Users).
