Hi:
Inside the Virtual Learning Environment, on the right side of the screen, you should see a pane that says "Need Help". When you click that link, it will open a track with the Virtual Lab Tech Support team.
The most usual reason for problems with the image for the Data Curation classes are working from a SAVED image and the previous session did not save correctly or saved with the services having some problem. Most of these problems are resolved by making a new reservation for a FRESH image and trying again.
The Virtual Lab support team is your best resource for problems with the Virtual Lab and the best way to open a track directly with them is to use the Need Help link.
