In the Advanced Predicitive Modeling Course, Practice 1 (after setting up the environment), it says to open the practices folder and open the create_work_develop.sas program.  When I'm in the D:\Workshop folder, I cannot find a practices folder.  I've done a search within the D folder and do not find it.

What program should be used?  Where is it located?

From Lesson 1:

Open create_work_develop.sas from the practices folder. The DATA step creates the temporary data set develop from the pmlr.develop data set that is included in the data for this course. Submit the code, view the results, and then answer the questions that follow.

The first one: Predicitve Modeling Using Logicistic Regression. It is the first lesson and the first practice under that lesson. I had no problems with the set-up. I tried looking under the EPMLR and the folder that starts with PM, but didn't see the program for Create or the Practice folder listed. Thank you!

Hi:
Thanks for the additional information. We have taken a look at the Virtual Lab image and it does seem like there are some issues with a recent update not being applied to the Virtual Lab. I have notified the development team about this and will get back to you as soon as I have something to report.

Cynthia,

Would you have the team look at the EM area also?  I just passed the Enterprise Miner Certification Test (Yeah!) and while I was taking the practice tests via SAS for it, I didn't have to download the data, because it was on the server with the other EM data/projects.  About a week or so ago, the practice test data went away.  For EM, I was doing a full refresh every time, so it was not related to my build.  I don't need the practice test data anymore, but wanted to give you a heads-up about it.  Thank you again!  -Liz

The practice test is Advanced Predicitive Modeling using SAS Enterprise Miner 14.  It was really nice/easy to not have to load data into the server.

Hi:

Thanks for the heads up. The folder was accidentally deleted from the image for the Practice Exam. That's being fixed. The Predictive Modeling folder is also being updated.
