Access to SAS Education Virtual Lab

Hi! I am a Coursera student and I am trying to enter the JMP Lab but it says "Incorrect user name or password". I tried to reset the password but it says "Password not set successfully" and I also tried to refresh the data but it says "An error has occurred."

What I can do?
