Using External Event attributes in segments in CI360

Hi,

We have an external event defined in CI360 with a set of attributes. When using this in a segment or triggered task, The conditions that can be specified does not allow entering values with wildcard or we cannot specify a filter condition value as missing. It has to absolute values. Is there an option to do this?

unfortunately the only option available is EQUALS.

We have it on our roadmap to add more operators such as CONTAINS, STARTS WITH, ENDS WITH, etc. for event attributes in trigger or targeting conditions
