Check Availability produce error that is not visible in the logs

When the checking the availability I'm encountering a strange error that i'm not able to demystify.

Adding to that the error is not visible in the logs hence I can't infer why it happens.

The error:

A system error occurred while checking inventory.

I would highly appreciate any assistance,

Opening a Tech Support track looks like the best approach for this problem if you haven't done so already.
