SAS Virtual Lab access error

Hello everybody,

 

my problem with SAS virtual Lab is quite simple: after I open SAS Studio from Citrix, either the web page is all black or says "access to localhost denied, error 403". I have been just using SAS Studio from SAS virtual lab these days and I have never got any of these problems.

Could you please help me understand and solve this issue?

What course are you taking? Is this for a Programming 1 or Programming 2 eLearning course? How are you accessing the virtual lab?
