Where are you running SAS? When you say SAS cloud do you mean SAS OnDemand for Academics? The free SAS cloud environment that is offered?
If that is what you are using that means everything is stored there. You cannot use that version of SAS and access your OneDrive.
Can you provide images of what you are doing and logs?
I've tried to use both browser (google and edge) and try your advice and can't move forward. SAS cloud do you mean SAS OnDemand for Academics, (yes, I am). It becomes a Cintirix platform as soon as I log into OnDemand. How can save the file without using the One Drive? Thank you for your time and assistance.
Hi:
If you mean that the Virtual Lab opens a "Citrix" window, then you are NOT using SAS OnDemand for Academics, instead, you are using the internal Citrix-based Virtual Lab that is accessible from INSIDE the course. The benefit of using this Virtual Lab is that the data is already made for you. However, you are correct, that in the Citrix-based Virtual Lab, you CANNOT upload files from your personal machine. This is by design. You do NOT need to upload any files because in the Citrix Virtual Lab, the date files and all the folders are already created for you. Look in your Virtual Lab session for the "S:" drive, and under S:\workshop\EPG1V2, you should find the Programming 1 folders and files.
There are explicit instructions inside the Course Overview section, that explain the data is already created for you inside the Citrix-based Virtual Lab.
If you want to switch to SAS OnDemand for Academics, you would need to start from
which is a separate, stand-alone link that you have to start in a separate browser section.
In looking at your screen shots, it appears to me that you are using the Citrix-based internal Virtual Lab, which has restriction on uploads from your machine because the data is already made for you on this Virtual Lab.
