Hi:
One easy thing to try is to click the Refresh Your Data button that you should see on the right side of your screen inside the class on the Lessons page, as shown below:

You'll need to exit out of the class and log out of the Citrix Receiver window before you click the Refresh Your Data button. That should re-populate the folders on the S: drive.
If that doesn't solve your issue, then we will need more information. We need to look up your e-learning and Virtual Lab accounts by email address, not by Forum nickname. Please send mail to elearn@sas.com with your information (name, email, browser used) and a screen shot of your browser that shows the Virtual Lab S: drive without any class folder. When I log onto the Programming 2 Virtual Lab, this is what my Virtual Lab looks like:

When you send your screen shot, please make sure your S:\workshop folder is expanded so that we can see there is not any EPG2V2 folder under that location.
