You can access SAS for free using the following:

  • To use SAS programming (SAS Studio), sign up for SAS onDemand for  Academics. All you need is internet access. It runs SAS in the cloud.
  • You can also see if you can access SAS Viya for Learners. It's SAS's new platform with a variety of tools, including programming (SAS Studio).

After you have access to the software, I'd start with the SAS Programming 1:Essentials course. It's free.

After that it depends. Here are some resources:

  1. SAS offers a free Statistics 1: Introduction to ANOVA, Regression, and Logistic Regression course. You should be familiar with the fundamentals of SAS programming prior to the course.
  2. Check out SAS books. Since you mention the Pharma field, you could look into specific books. I'm pretty sure SAS has a variety of books regarding that topic.
