Run following program in SAS 9.3

In EXCEL 2007,  output EXCEL sheet  LABCODE become

Is there any option to avoid this convertion?

Hi:

You just need to force the Excel output to be in text rather than a number....

use:        style(column)={tagattr='format:@'}

to format the variable in the print.
