repeat data on first row on new page using odsout object

Does anyone know if its possible to capture the page break event and then program sas to repeat the by group variables in a table for the first row on a new page.
as per example below


page 1
report_id term
111 headache
sorethroat
---
page2
report_id term
111 other term

222 sore throat
---

Can you share more about the SAS application / program that is generating the output - some code would be useful to share (paste in a reply post). Include any related ODS and if used PROC TEMPLATE code as well for relevance.
