"ODS: Environment stack overflow" error message

When I try to send crosstabs to an rtf files using ODS RTF, I am getting this error:

ODS: Environment stack overflow

What does this mean?

It means your program has exceeded an internal limit in ODS. This is one of those messages you should report to Tech. Support.
