Well, I kept telling myself I would look this up and fix it, so I finally got fed-up and here I am.

Problem, when I run SAS procedures, it saves the graphs/images in the last folder I was in to open a SAS editor program. Side note, they are .png files.

I am sure I turned this on myself at some point, but I get hundreds of these .png files saved all over the place in my folders. What I would like to happen is for these not to be saved. I thought if I used ODS graphics off; They would stop, but they seem to be like gremlins, taking over my computer. I am guessing this is a simple fix and any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Is this using Enterprise Guide? If so which version.

You may want to look at Tools>Preferences>Results and see if "Use WORK Folder" is checked under the HTML section. That option usually directs all of the HTML and PNG and such into the temporary work library.

I am using SAS 9.3. I found what you were referencing and unclicked the option. I will see if I notice a difference and report back.
