ods markup to rtf

I have multiple proc reports with header ...i need to output on every report next page 

ods markup file="/sasreports/sas.rtf" tagset=tagsets.test style=mystyle charset='utf-8';

Why don't you use ODS RTF with the STARTPAGE option?

ods markup for multi purpose..just like Excel Output

For Excel, use ODS EXCEL; no need to stay stuck with something which is, in essence, a crutch, created before ODS reached its current, much more mature stage.
