Are any of the items crossing pages generated by a single procedure call? If multiple pages then likely no, especially if using Footnote statements.

Are you using actual FOOTNOTE statements or something else? Which procedures are you using? You may want to investigate the style Posttext option for some procedures.

Which ODS destination are you using and what options?
