Hi, 

I have this project and 

I want to know if I would have the ability to color the cells by using  SAS. For example, if the billed to date is more than 75% the cell color should be red and delta is less than %25  also the cell color should be red.

otherwise, it should be green. 

 

Can you show me how a brief example of that if there is a way to do this???
