Our IT folks had to reinstall my operating system and SAS 9.3. SAS monospace and SAS monospace bold were not installed. How can I get the font files?  The location mentioned in Usage Note 15682 does not work.

Hi:

Tech Support wrote the usage note. If the location doesn't work, as documented, you should open a track with Tech Support so they can 1) tell you the right location and 2) fix the note.

The usage note mentioned has the files? And you installed it as directed through the control panel?

If it didn't install correctly, you probably wouldn't find it in the path they recommend.

Hmmm. The link works now. I downloaded the zip for 9.2 and it has the sasmono and sasmonob font files.

Perhaps there was a glitch on the server earlier today.
