Hi:
Your image seems to be an image of the desired report -- shown as a sort of "shell" report. This is not as useful as seeing your actual PROC REPORT code or seeing your actual RTF report, as it looks in Microsoft Word...pasting the text into the forum posting isn't quite as useful as seeing a real picture of the actual output results because of the narrowness of the forum area for the post. But at this point, your description of WHAT you want to do is clear, continuing to post your output is not helpful. However, without input data or actual code, it would be hard for someone to code a COMPUTE block that might or might not work, because the solution is dependent on your input data and how your PROC REPORT is coded.
Did you look at any of the previously posted links? Are you using a COMPUTE block? Did you even try a COMPUTE block? Did you make a fake or custom page break variable to use on the report? Are you using ODS TAGSETS.RTF or just ODS RTF? Did you use SPANROWS and/or UNIFORM? What you are describing right now sounds like the default PROC REPORT behavior. If you do not like the default behavior, usually, you have to try some of the techniques shown in the posted links -- usually this means making a fake or custom page breaking variable. You need to do this so you can take control of the page breaks instead of letting PROC REPORT perform page breaking.
Your best bet for help at this point would be to work with Tech Support. They can look at ALL of your data and ALL of your PROC REPORT code to give you the best advice.
