RTF report changes it's size

Hi 
I am generating TLF in RTF but when I run code for output it's giving me different KB sizes at each time. If I re ran report on same day it give me same result in KB sizes, but when I re ran next day it give me variations in KB sizes. Anyone know why this things is happening ?

When you rerun the report are you using the exact same data at all steps?

If the data is not exactly the same then do not expect the same size output.

How much size change? And why is it a concern?

Yes, I do same data at all steps.
It's giving variation by 11 kb down as compare to yesterday report and in another report its going down by 4 kb size.
