I'm creating a large table into a PDF file which will use more than 1 page. At the bottom of every page (except the last one) there is the text '(continued)' printed.
How can I change the font and size of this text.
I can't find the style element to change the attributes using PROC TEMPLATE.

Who can help me ??

The style attribute that affects the (Continued) text is called AFTERCAPTION. You can modify it with the following PROC TEMPLATE code:

proc template;
define style styles.test;
parent=styles.printer;
style aftercaption from container /
font_size=6pt;
end;
run;

...and then you must use the new style to see the effect:
[pre]
ods pdf file='wombat.pdf' style=test;

...your tabulate code...
ods pdf close;
[/pre]
