ODS style related ERROR: Could not find instance attribute

We are using SAS 9.2 (TS1M0) on XP_PRO and trying to rerun a suite of SAS programs and macros created and successfully tested in SAS 9.1.3 SP 4 on the NET_ASRV.
The programs are generating RTF and PDF outputs using ODS with user defined styles.
Programs are running without any problems in the original SAS 9.1.3/ NET_ASRV environment, but in SAS 9.2/ XP_PRO we are getting the following LOG error message:
ERROR: Could not find instance attribute OA_NESTED(2353) for "PRINTER.ROW".
Could you please help us resolve this problem?
