Hello!

I am pretty new to ODS and have never posted to a board here so I apologize in advance.

I have created some spanning columns in my proc report and I want those spanned headers to have a thicker boarder. I tried using style (header) but I can't seem to just modify the spanned headers borders. Is there a way to just change the spanned header borders?

Thank you for your help in advance!

Angie

I have not worked extensivally with ODS Excel, but check out this paper https://support.sas.com/resources/papers/proceedings11/246-2011.pdf, It could have examples that might of use to you, or at least guides you in the right direction.

Hope this helps,

Ahmed

And this is a good paper, too: http://support.sas.com/resources/papers/proceedings10/133-2010.pdf

However, Excel is notoriously "picky" about border lines, so if you really, really, really need to alter the border lines, you might need to learn how to use style templates to impact the border lines.
