Hi,
I want to read the 14 digits numeric. I tried with format bestw. and w.d .
The sas gives the output in exponent form. but i need it in 14 digits.
Please help how to display in 14 digits.

Hi ,

Sorry. i forgot to present my finidings.

I Actuall i want to do the arithemetic operation (13 - 12899475490358 ).
I have tried with Zw. format also. But sas returns the data in exponent format.
Please tell me how to display the numberic in normal form(14 digit numeric).

format number2 14. dif 15.12;
dif=number1-number2;
