I'm desperately looking for a techinque where I can load the data into multiple sheets. Besides, I'ld need to use certain formatting options like WRAP or SPANROWS etc, to wrap the rows with similar values. Also, I may prefer to have Titles and Footnotes in the excel. For some reasons ODS Tagsets.ExcelXP doesnt fit into my purpose as all the Char variables which have got no alphabets or special chars within are autmatically converted to Numeric and hence resulting of trimming all the leading 0's towards left of each value. Also, couldnt autofit the width of the cell with the length of the values.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Pawan,

Check out this paper from Cynthia Zender, http://http://support.sas.com/resources/papers/proceedings11/266-2011.pdf

She shows how to use the ODS tagattr style attribute to accomplish adding leading zeros into spreadsheets through ODS including the excelXP tagsets.

HTH,

Larry
