Hey everyone,

I cannot seem to find a forum for technical support, but I was wondering whether any of you have had a similar problem. Here's my question:

I am using a WinXP SP3 machine, 40 GB HD, 2 GB RAM, 1.5 GHz processor. When I try to install SAS base 9.1.3, I get the following errors during the installation of service pack 4:

The following error occurred while installing C:\Program Files\SAS\SAS 9.1\core\sasexe\uwudq4ca.dll: -2147024894. The system cannot find the file specified.
The following error occurred while installing C:\Program Files\SAS\SAS 9.1\core\sasexe\uwudq4id.dll: -2147024894. The system cannot find the file specified.
The following error occurred while installing C:\Program Files\SAS\SAS 9.1\core\sasexe\uwudq4no.dll: -2147024894. The system cannot find the file specified.
The following error occurred while installing C:\Program Files\SAS\SAS 9.1\core\sasexe\uwudq4te.dll: -2147024894. The system cannot find the file specified.
The following error occurred while installing C:\Program Files\SAS\SAS 9.1\core\sasinst\softwareupdate\checksums: -2147024894. The system cannot find the file specified.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Recommend you open a tracking issue with SAS technical support at http://support.sas/com/ to help investigate your error. Also, double-check your Windows System Requirements for installation to ensure you have not overlooked any obvious issues.
