I have a report that needs to be output to PDF file. The text and retrieved variables' values need to be set at specific fonts and colors freely. This setting may change piece by piece in the same line. All the pieces are 'put' together at specific positions.

How to set the fonts and colors for each pieces like this?

Thank you for your help very much before hand.

A lot depends on how you're producing the report. PROC REPORT? PRINT? Something else?

I suppose to use Macro to retrieve the variables' values and use print and put options in data steps to write to the report.

Thanks for your attention.

You need to post some dummy data and explain the output you want.
Best way to get answer is to give us an example.
I think you can use data step and traffic light .
