How to open RTF results in external viewer directly bypassing prompt?

Is there any way to open results in external viewer (word in my case ) directly instead of the prompt as below ?

EG- 7.15

Usually yes, go check in your options/settings under Results and ensure that you've selected that results can be displayed automatically.
