Footnote with a gif (with Excel XP)

Is it possible to insert a gif in the right footnote of an Excel report created with ExcelXP tagset? How?

Excel XP tagset does not support inserting graphics since it creates XML file.
Look for BiX product which supports creation of true Excel2007 XLSX file from within SAS display manger windows. XLSX file type support inserting images and SAS created graphs along with data.
