Excel Question

Hi All:

I am using EXCELXP (v 1.127) on SAS 9.3 to create a spreadsheet.

My data contains 1 very large text field - sometimes up to 3,500 bytes.

When I attempt to print this using PROC REPORT it get an error message:

ERROR: At least one column width is wider than LINESIZE.

I am also using ODS HTML to output the data and entire text field is "wrapped" into a single "cell" - which is what

I would like the Excel sheet to do.

Any ideas?

That message occurs when you're writing to the listing. If you don't want listing output, turn it off before running PROC REPORT:

ods listing close;
