Editing RTF output

I am having trouble editing my RTF output.  I am unable to delete page breaks, and I'm having trouble placing my cursor under the title.  Any suggestions?

I looked at some of my recent rtf output.  My title is actually a header.  Could this be the issue with placing the cursor under the title?
