I recently changed last names and now my local ODS will not connect to the old oracle client thus this error message: ERROR: Unable to load oracle client (oci.dll)
ERROR: Unable to load oracle client (oci.dll)
ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.
How can I fix this on my local machine?

I suggest starting from basics. Has your Windows account changed as a result of your surname change? Regardless I suggest then checking if you can then find the Oracle Client software installed on your PC under Windows "Apps and Features". If you can't find it then it will need to be reinstalled.
